The Wal-yan Respiratory Research Centre's annual scientific retreat will take place at Wadjemup/Rottnest Island on 14 and 15 November at the Rottnest Island Picture Hall.
The agenda will have a mix of raw data sessions, our traditional new investigator session, a poster session, and an interactive strategy session focussed on developing deliverables for the Wal-yan Centre.
This year we are lucky to have guest presenters Bill Cookson, who is a Professor of Genomic Medicine at Imperial College London, and Professor Thomas Halvorsen from the Department of Clinical Science at the University of Bergen, Norway.
